Frank Hawkins
 Frank has been resident on the Isle of Man since 1994. He was previously the Managing Director of Rennies (IOM) Limited where he was responsible for the establishment and development of the international operations of the group.
Frank was educated in South Africa where he attained a chartered accountant qualification. His previous experience included financial roles within Old Mutual and SA Container Depots in Cape Town.
He has developed specific competencies in strategic positioning, financial strategies, international marketing as well as operational management. Frank has responsibility for Marketing.
He regularly travels to Africa, Europe and within the United Kingdom to meet clients and their professional advisers.

Joe Plastow
 Seconded to the Isle of Man by Safmarine in 1995 as Financial Manager, Joe was responsible for companies owning and chartering container vessels, leasing containers and the marine personnel payroll.
Joe joined Onyx in 2000, and was appointed director in 2001. His key clients are involved in transportation (sea freight, air freight and road haulage), commodity trading and education. In addition, he manages a number of payrolls.
Joe qualified as a Certified Internal Auditor. His particular competencies include financial management, international company management and systems, procedures and controls. As Managing Director, Joe is directly involved in the day to day management of the company’s affairs at the Onyx offices in Douglas, Isle of Man.
He is also our Money Laundering Reporting Officer.

David Sapseid
David has enjoyed a 26-year career with the Rennies Group, now part of the Bidvest Group, South Africa. During his time he was the CEO of the following entities in the Group: Shipping Company, Air Transport, Freight Forwarding, International Courier and Travel.
His experience in these roles has led him to develop particular competencies in strategy and market positioning, company transformation, financial management, administrative excellence, international banking and development of people.
David is CIS qualified and was the President of the Institute in South Africa and Chairman of their strategy and marketing committee. David has been resident in the United Kingdom for the past 12 years and was the past Chairman of Rennies Group (IOM) Limited.
David is Chairman of the company and responsible for client relationship success.
