Since Onyx’s first yacht registration in 2004, yacht owning companies have been a growth area for the company. With client companies owning yachts on charter and under construction, Onyx has established relationships with brokers, technical managers, financiers and the Isle of Man Ship registry.

The Isle of Man Ship Register forms part of the British Register. Vessels registered in the Isle of Man fly the "Red Ensign" and have access to the support of British consular services world-wide.
